Pros
Tanking while supporting/killing.
Great immobilizing skills.
Great Ultimate skill for initiating/chasing/saving.
High P.Defense and Magic Resist.
Can pick easy kills in early games.

Spells
This skill for your own use only. I usually use this in pair with Heal so I can support at the same time. Blocks damage based on your Lv.Pretty much the best skill you can have to support or either get a confrontation kill. A must to have. Heal + Barrier / Heal + FlashThis skill is for those who want to roam freely in the map, to gain a gank on other lanes, this could be useful either in team fights, or getting back to business.Occasionally, the best skill to have, either to kill or to escape. This is well suited with your Q, W, E and R skill. If you can't reach it, "Flash" to it. Flash + Heal / Flash + Barrier. Can be used either supporting, or getting a kill.
Game Play
As a support Tank, your job is to get those damage coming to your ally (your partner) to you. Yes, you should keep them alive! On the start of your game, pick up your goodies and start up with your "Q".
Go ahead and run to the 2nd bush on the bot lane where the creeps will battle. Position yourself early on near the edge of the bush...when the creeps spawns, your enemy champion will appear and may place a trinket there(assuming your ally is getting CS with another foe) in your spot.
If they do, Normally attack the Trinket, Press "Q" immediately to cancel the animation for another attack. This will give you an advantage to make them confused. Do this every time you have a chance.
Attack> Q > Attack
Always position yourself in the bushes, and always near your partner, just incase you're going to be ganked by other enemies, especially those Junglers.
If you know you can get an easy kill, go for it! Just always let your partner know. Always pick the soft champions, sometimes it's their ADR or support.
When Lv.6 is reached, go for a kill and always use it when you can. Leona's 6 is very wide and can easily hit anyone.
Use "Eclipse" to delay creeps in attacking your Turrets. If your ally partner is dead or away, use this advantage to hold your ground until he/she gets back + earn yourself gold.
Always use your Flash/Heal to save your ally, or pick up a kill.
Don't be afraid to die, you're role is to tank. Just know your limitation during a solo/team fights.
