To clear the First question, Why Akali and why a Hybrid?
This is as esaily answerd as it seems to be: Just because it does rellay High Damage within a short amount of time and is therefor a perfect assasin!
In the further Guide will you Read why.

To Begin with the Items.
First Of all is Guinsoo's Rageblade the most importend item cause it gives you anything you need to begin and quickly end a chase the passiv is great to stack your damage and as longer the fight lasts as high does your damage goes.
The Hextech Gunblade is a great item to keep you alive. Because of the spellvamp and the lifesteal should you be able to take the dmg which is necessary to kill your opponent it also grants you great AD AND AP so it higher your strengh alot.
Trinity Force is the Perfect item to stack your damage up and get yourself ballanced, especelly the passiv Spellblade does wonder to your damage and help you to kill everyone in less seconds.
Rabadon's Deathcap Well... I think i must not rellay explain why i choose Deathcap it just push your AP to your limits.
Black Cleaver Is the last Item to finish this build i allways take it to weaken the tanks of the enemy team it supports even the abiltys of Akali with the Cool down reduce and a little bit more healt is allways nice but even so can you exchange Black Cleaver with Last Whisper because it even has nearly the same effect.

For the Summonerspells do i allways take Ignite and Teleport. Iginite is great do kill the enemy toplaner at the early game and because Akali dont need flash cause of her ulti are i am thinking that its a great choice to get early fed.
Teleport is great to shortly port back buy new items and directly go on again, its importend that Akali reach as fast as possible Level6 to be able to use her Shadow Dance. In my Opinion is it the best choice but you can even exchange Ignite against Barrier to be able to Towerdive.

The Pros of this Playstlye are:

High Burst Damage

High Fun Rate

Esay Farming because of higher AD stats

Very Agile

Its harder to gain Defense against her

Fast Life Regain cause of Spellvamp AND Lifesteal


But even so are there a few Cons like:

Is easily chrushed by CC

Way harder to play then only AP Akali

Is Pushed around like hell in Earlygame

Like i allready said is the main reason to play Akali in such a way the high Burst Damage therefore is it of great use to just spend all Mastery points in the Offense Skilltree to push up your Damage.
The Runes are the Same they give you a bit AP to made your start more smooth and esay.

As a Great combo can you use Mark of the Assassin Q Shadow Dance R Mark of the Assassin Q Crescent Slash E Shadow Dance R.
Your Q does amazing Damage ones when it hits the target and ones when you attack it yourself, your higher AD and the Effect of Sheen gives you at least a 3times higher damage. Its even to good to first use Shadow Dance and then the combo to just get near at your victim.

For the Teamwork are i am allways saying stay in the back and then Attack when they focus somebody. your high Damage and the great range of your R Shadow Dance Are perfect to Attack shortly the ADC and then dissapiar with your W Twilight Shroud or even kill more people.

Remember to allways stay back and then kill out of nowhere

For the End of my Guide are i am just wanting to say that you must be rellay carefull at the early game but dont let the enemy Toplane get all the creeps cause this just mess up the whole game keep them busy with a Mark of the Assassin Q Crescent Slash E Combo to get them away from there farm.
