Champion Build Guide
Author's Note
Before Darius was nominated for a Rework and before other Juggernauts where also introduced. Besides A.P Xin'Zhao before he is reworked as a proper Skirmisher. Before Nasus was conceived as Veigar's counterpart. Before Yorick too is introduced before a Relaunch concerning his visual clunkiness. Before Galio was also known yet relaunched too concerning his appeal. Before Skarner specializes on Unli-Stun, yet they adjusted him concerning his lore. Before Trick2G introduced Udyr at his peak. Before Vladimir too ever existed. Before Cassiopeia is also introduced by Faker at their peak. Before Ryze is also known for multiple Reworks. There is someone feared to oppose him up-close before Shen, Jax, Fiora, Rengar and Tryndamere was also known for that similar peak. Before Pantheon is ****ed up to enter Lethality meta even though he is supposed to be a Bruiser yet have become a Skirmisher. Before Illaoi is ever introduced to chill your spines out of grief because of her damn hit-box it makes you want to be an atheist.
Mordekaiser is the very first Juggernaut who specializes on Out-sustaining an enemy 'grieviously' withim his stature, though his glorious Relaunched seems unconvincing concerning skill-cap, but still beware.
If Riot would ever buff him, atleast give his Q a grounding effect and his ULT a neutral silencen proportional to his casted Realm.
20% C.D.R is substancial enough for Mordekaiser.

Summoner Spells
Teleport - Mordekaiser has a hard time returning at Lane, to compensate with it, this is mostly applicable.
Exhaust - Mordekaiser would defenitely had a hard time skirmishing his stature. Why not Flash? : I would recommend not, though Mordekaiser is sort of clunky, he does not necessarily need flashy moments to foretold his stature.
Smite - Mordekaiser is pretty strong skirmishing at Jungle than Champions; claiming objectives. It is no surprise, you should adapt how you should smite an Enemy, whether to challenge them for they are Skirmishers as well or Chill them because they are too squishy
