This build is adaptive and each items explores resourcefulness that compliments.
Magic Penetration is no longer viable and assuming it is very fragile.
Sylas' strength comes from patience, consistently building his Scale of Ability to assume a turn of favor. Also I would recommend you to not build Mejai's soulstealer or you won't benefit anylonger from Dark Seal's Consumable Heal-Power.
It is not frequent than you would assume scoring takedowns to win so pay enough attention.
