Introduction

THE REAL DEAL ABOUT AP GANGPLANK: So what you want to do with Ap GP is never leave the jungle. You just stay in the jungle and farm until you see an oppurtinity to "help your team" by finishing a low health target with your ultimate. That's the point of 40% cdr. Spam your R while in the safety of your jungle.

Runes

Pretty straight forward. Ap and resistance to deal the most damage possible and to be able to survive in the jungle. Don't take magic resist blues it's kinda useless in the jungle!

Masteries

As straight forward as the runes. Get thunderlords for more damage on ult and the 45% cdr for more ults. You can take 0/18/12 if you cannot survive in the jungle, but if you can take the sorcery. The 2% extra damage always helps.

Items

Unless you aren't an alpha male Always take mejai's. You need to get 45% cdr so if you want to be defensive iceborn and frozen heart are always good for the cdr/mana/armor combo. But never over do it on the defensive side of the items. Unless you get invaded all the end screen damage should come from your ult and all the damage you take should come from PvE.
