Information about me and nunu
My name is Dutchmood and I main jungle. Please note that this is my first guide and I am Dutch, so please try and not be a grammar nazi. I have been playing Nunu(bot) and jungle for some time now and found that I was winning a lot of games with this build (about 8 out of 10).
A lot of people use Nunu jungle as a tank. In my opinion it is just boring and not as useful as Ap Nunu. Ap nunu has awesome ganks and great durability. The spell vamp just works perfectly with a the true damage from his Consume, Ice blast, Absolute Zero and Smite. His damage output is high from early to late game. Nunu also is one of the best counter junglers due his high movement speed and tons of true damage.
If you play Nunu, always keep your passive in mind. If you have done five basic attacks your next ability will cost no mana. This is very useful, especially when you have no blue buff. Try to wait for your passive before using Ice Blast. Ice blast costs tons of mana and the less mana you use, the less you have to recall to heal or recover mana.
Nunu is a master in the jungle. If enemies don't see you channelling your ult, or you stand in a brush, they wont see the skill animation. So if some enemies are chasing you, you just have to hide in the brushes, channel your ult to the max and you will do tons of damage. The only way they will notice you channeling your ult in a brush is by their reduced movement speed.
Nunu is also very powerful in teamfights. He can slow down the movement and attackspeed of enemy (heavy) ad carrys with his Ice Blast(E). Also Nunu can buff his (heavy) ad carrys movement and attackspeed with his Bloodboil(W). The effect of Nunu's Ice Blast also is on his Ultimate Absolute Zero. Try when the Team fight start to Ice Blast the enemy ad carry and wait till the enemy's hard cc is gone before you channel your Absolute Zero. Otherwise you won't be able to channel it at all.
The Greater mark of Magic Penetration boosts the damage of your Ice Blast and Absolute Zero, especially early game.
The Greater seal of Armor boosts your duribility in the jungle and versus (heavy) Ad champions
The Greater glyphs of Magic Resist increases your chances of succesfuly gank a lane with an ap champion without dying.
The Greater quintessence of Ability Power boosts the damage of your Ice Blast and Absolute Zero . This boosts the poking and ganking damage a lot because you will be spaming your Ice Blast when you gank.

Take 13 in offensive for more damage on your spells, and on your basis attacks with Spellsword.
Take 7 in defense for more durability in the jungle and to clear jungle camps faster.
And take 10 in utility for more Movement Speed, Cooldown Reduction on your smite and flash, Mana Regen and to increase the duration of the jungle buffs.

Nunu's jungle route is risky.
You start at the enemys red (when you know their jungler start at red, like lee sin or shyvana, then start at their blue. Just consume the red and smite it. With or without lease this wil only take a few seconds. If you took their red you can choose to ward their red brush or their wolves brush.
Once you took their red you will proceed to your blue. Consume and Ice Blast it to death. Then rush to your red and hope they have not taken it yet. If they did look if top or mid needs a ganks and else take golems and wraiths and then look again.
Always remember to keep warding their red and blue to steal it. Since the new jungle update stealing enemy buffs is very rewarding and is a very big loss for the enemy jungler.
Also never forgot to gank as much as possible.
