So I started playing some rounds with him on my main account and I think he is really awesome!
It's way too early to release a full guide or good build for him, but I wanted to share my build ideas for Kindred. I hope you will help me to advance this guide/build and help new players to get into Kindred!

(Sorry for my bad english guys!)
PS: Tested some Devouer and works well with his Q, the stacks and since you're basically a ADC you have to farm so it's fine!

14/10/15: Removed Trinity from core; Added LW and Black Cleaver in Basic Full Build
