Early Game

Try to focus on taking creeps till you are lvl 3. At this point you are able to engage on the enemy and burst him down. If there is a case that you are low life and the enemy is not try to poke him a bit and start a surprise attack.

Middle Game

Try to outfarm the enemy and push the lane with your Q. If this is going to be a success start roaming and help the lanes where help is needed. If the enemy has the control about your lane, try to freeze it - just take the lasthits- or wait for your jungler to come.
