With this build you have ridiculous sustain with two healing items, and the max health damage on the Blade of the Ruined King plus the armor shred on the Black Cleaver means there isn't one champion out there that Sett cant cut down to size. Sett's Haymaker also allows him to take quite a beating and send it right back at the enemy team. Once they start running away use your [facebreaker]] to bring them right back for more punches. One thing to beware of is your R The Show Stopper is an amazing tool in the late game for massive teamfight damage, in the laning phase its nothing more than a little bit of point and click damage, so make sure to save it until your sure you can get the kill.
