Kayn doesn't stand a chance against Mordekaiser since he is an all in champ and Morde wants someone to go on him and fight him.
Akali
Pretty free lane, she can't do much than hiding in her shroud smoke thing.
Camille
Camille is a pretty bursty champ but you can beat her easily when you max W
Olaf
Since you don't have CC at all, his R won't matter to you too much and it's a free lane for you since you outdamage him
Garen
Garen is a free lane for you since he has no escape when he goes in but you have to be careful of his Silence since it's kinda annoying.
Riven
Riven is a good champ in lane, however you outdamage her at level 3 and most Riven's can be braindead and do not know what Morde really does, but if she takes a Hexdrinker early just rush Gunblande and then go straight for a Trinity force and you'll win freely.
Yasuo
Just avoid fighting him level 1-2 and when you reach level 3 without taking much damage you'll basically win the lane since he can't kill you anymore unless he's cheesing with Ignite.
Nasus
Just try to kill him as soon as you can and always take Ignite against him and you'll be fine.
Nautilus
One of the easiest matchups for Morde.
Cho'Gath
This champ is kinda OP in this patch but he is beatable early game, if you can kill him a few times before he gets 2 items you'll basically stomp him.
Jarvan IV
Just like Riven and Yasuo, play safe till level 3 then you auto-win the lane.
Irelia
Irelia is not that hard actually the only thing that bothers me against Irelia is her ability to farm safe and run away but it's actually hard to lose this lane.
Kled
Kled is a strong champ, he really is.. but he is pretty weak against Morde because he's an all in champ and when he loses Skaarl in lane it's kinda GG for him.
Rumble
Rumble is a good matchup for Mordekaiser because he has no hard CC and all he does is Damage and that's good for Morde.
Renekton
One of the matchups you want to avoid.. he is really annoying with his dash-in dash-out combo and he'll do very well against you if he grabs a Hexdrinker early.
Darius
Darius is a Win/Lose matchup.. it all depends on who gets the first kill and you must always avoid his Q's and try to all in him level 3 if possible.
Kennen
Kennen is one of the most annoying champ to Morde, he can kite you, CC you and his poke is really annoying.. in this Matchup I always go for a Spirit Visage or an Abyssal Mask then go for my core items.
Gangplank
Gangplank is a farm dependent champion and is annoying when he gets Sheen but is beatable if you can try to poke him and deny him CS.
Galio
This champ is the definition of Cancer for Morde, this champ wants to rush Magic Resist and you mostly do Magic damage which is annoying .. He has a lot of CC and a lot of Poke with his Q early, try to get a Gunblade ASAP so you can sustain in lane and you can beat him when you scale.
Jayce
Hard matchup because of the range and his E-Q poke and hard damage, try to get some armor early and you can handle it.. Maybe..
Urgot
New Urgot is mostly Un-beatable in almost every matchup since he has his cancer passive damage and his W, try to get kills on him early and you might beat him.. He'll outscale you tho..
Yorick
Yorick is a meh matchup for Morde, but the most thing you should remember when facing Yorick is that his ghouls and his Maiden count as jungle monsters which heals you A LOT.
Illaoi
Just try avoiding her E early and if you survive that you can win early but her R is kinda BS so you have to be careful against her.
Trundle
Trundle isn't played that much now but since he got buffed you might see him more so just avoid fighting him when he R's you and you'll be fine.
Gragas
Kind of a bad matchup for you since he has an escape and a lot of CC and if he gets tanky it just gets more troublesome.
Jax
Hardest matchup for Morde in my opinion, his E can dodge your Q and it stuns you and he has a lot of burst in his kit and a lot of mobility to deal with, just get Ninja Tabi's and tell your jungler to camp your lane and if not the Jax will Outscale you so easily.
Fiora
Her W is basically BS, aside of it being a slow and it can repel any ability even summoner spells, it actually makes your attack speed go half-way which makes your Q kinda useless against her, she is just super annoying to deal with.
Shen
Kind of an annoying matchup, his W blocks your Q and he has a lot of CC, and you can't stop his R since you have no CC so it would actually be pretty hard to match his map pressure.
Gnar
Kind of a differnet matchup.. You actually wanna go in on him when he's mega more than when he's mini lol
Pantheon
Kind of an annoying Matchup since 90% of Panth's run Ignite and rush Lethality which is pretty bad for you and Panth can abuse Hexdrinker which is more annoying, try to not die early and you outscale him.
Quinn
Avoid fighting her since her blind will destroy you, if she uses her E in a wrong way you can win tho, but aside from that I don't really know how you can win against a Quinn.
Heimerdinger
You can heal a lot on his turrets and you can burst him before he can do his full damage, always go in when you have flash up.
Kayle
Kind of annoying, her R can negate a lot of your damage but if you play the lane right you can win.
Poppy
Poppy gets tanky way too quickly, she can't kill you tho!
Vayne
Vayne top... one of the most annoying matchups for any top laner in League, she can kite you well and she does a lot of dmg early on, just try to let the jungler to get you ahead and you'll win, maybe.
Teemo
Pretty annoying matchup since his Q can block your Q so in this matchup you'll max E first and build full Magic Pen and you'll win.
Lucian
Apparently, Lucian top is a thing .. well you can beat him and outscale if you farm well.
Talon
Top Talon is strong against you for one reason his burst with him taking Ignite but you can beat him if he doesn't have it up.
Fizz
Pretty easy lane for Mordekaiser since he can't burst you when you have your passive up.
