Well, first of all, i've been a main twitch since a very long time and currently i'm on Diamond V in solo Q and diamond V in flex 5v5, also I should mention I'm a main adc since season 4.

This guide is for anyone trying to start using twitch and learn some new tricks and ways to make your enemy cry while you see that victory message and dance in their base

This is a pretty fun champ to use because of his stealth and abilities making him an unique champion, so, if you like playing adc and getting fed this is the perfect champion for you.

Deadly Venom
PASSIVE: Twitch's basic attacks apply a stack of Deadly Venom, dealing 2 / 4 / 6 / 8 true damage per second for 6 seconds. This effect can stack up to 6 times for a minimum of 12 / 24 / 36 / 48 and maximum of 72 / 144 / 216 / 288 total true damage over the duration.

Ambush
ACTIVE: For 1.25 seconds, Twitch attempts to enter stealth, which may be delayed by up to 3 seconds if he takes damage before he goes invisible. While in stealth, Twitch gains 20% bonus movement speed.
When Twitch unstealths, he gains bonus attack speed for 5 seconds. Casting spells or attacking will end his stealth prematurely.

Venom Cask
ACTIVE: Twitch hurls a cask of venom at an area, infecting struck enemies with 2 stacks of Deadly Venom and slowing them for 3 seconds.

Contaminate
ACTIVE: Twitch expunges all nearby enemies afflicted by Deadly Venom, dealing physical damage equal to a base amount plus bonus damage for each stack of Deadly Venom on an enemy.

Spray and Pray
ACTIVE: For 7 seconds, Twitch gains bonus attack damage and 300 attack range. Additionally, each of his basic attacks will pierce enemies in an 850 length line, with each unit struck reducing the attack's damage by 20% down to a minimum of 40% damage.

In most of the cases you will want to go with Flash and Heal heres why:

This spell will help you go aggressive a lot of times and it can also help you escape, dodge, positioning, etc... you can use it depending on how you are playing and how your lane/game is going.

It will save your life a lot of times and you can even save your teammates with it, it can make a big difference in an early fight, i honestly think this is better than barrier because the shield that barrier gives last about 2 seconds

You can use this spell whenever you think their comp got a lot of cc and you think you will do better using this one instead of heal. ex: if theres a veigar, ashe bot

When it comes to last hitting under tower its pretty simple, you only have to wait until the tower hits the shield minions twice then you just auto attack it and get the gold, when it comes to the mage minions it becomes a little more difficult but not that much, use your Venom Cask in them while farming the ones with the shield and your Deadly Venom will make enough damage to make it killable once the tower hit them once or you can simply hit em before the tower and kill them after the tower shoots once with every single one of the mages.

For fast pushing you can always use your Venom Cask to get 4 stacks on every minion after buying Bilgewater Cutlass and hit once every mage and twice every shield minion so they will end up having 6 stacks every shield minion and 5 stacks every mage, then just use Contaminate to get all the gold
Note: shield minions might need a hit or 2 after contaminating

In lane i love being aggressive, because you're able to do so much damage you can even be able to 2v1 and go away with more than half hp if you make the right moves.

While laning you will want to farm a lot until you hit 6, if you have an aggressive support you can go for a trade once in a while pre 6 and should end up winning the trade easily if you're not tanking minions, try to poke down your enemy when he comes close to farm, keep looking at the hp of your own minions to see when he is going to hit them so you can auto, here he will have to choose to get hit and get the minion or hit you and lose the minion, your trades are pretty simple, you auto until the enemy runs away and then you just explode your Contaminate so try to make longer trades for a bigger difference in the trade, Make sure to always use your Venom Cask to add 2 stacks to Deadly Venom and make a bigger damage with Contaminate.

Level 2
At this lvl you're still pretty weak but not useless, ask your support to help you kill gromp if your jungler started at the other side of the jungle before going to lane, this will help you level faster than the other adc and will give you an adventage over him, you can use Venom Cask auto then Contaminate and that should be your full trade at lvl 2. Or you can simply put a point on Ambush if you feel like you're getting an early gank and do nothing but farm at lvl 2

Level 3 (using all your spells)
Once you hit 3, you're ready to start going invisible for the kill, ALWAYS use Ambush before going way too deep in the lane, if you want to trade start invisible and get close enough to your enemy but WARNING:not too close if you're not sure you are winning the trade, if you decide to go for it, just auto, use Venom Cask 1 or 2 autos then explode Contaminate and go back to farming. If you didn't make the enemy flash, then it should be at half hp and you can repeat the combo later.

Level 6 (getting seriously fed)
Well, at this point of the game you should know exactly how you're doing, if you already have 2 or 3 kills it's time to go fully aggressive and start getting crazy feed, do the same as before, start with Ambush auto Venom Cask auto Spray and Pray 1, 2 or even 3 or more autos, Contaminate and should be an easy kill, if you already have Bilgewater Cutlass use it right after activating your ultimate almost at the same time that venom cask to deal extra damage, and slow them keeping them from escaping or forcing a flash/heal.

Remember to ALWAYS buy a Vision Ward after they destroy the last one to be aware of their jungler position, place your trinket, play safe if doing poorly, ask for ganks if you can't do it with only your supp. If you did poorly in lane dont worry your fully potential comes after 3 items, so keep farming and stop dying, eventually you will come back to the game and still will be able to carry
NOTE:your Spray and Pray gives you enough range like for hitting towers without getting hit, i Highly recommend doing this only when the turret is low and you and your teammates really need that gold and there are no minions or any ally tank close to tank it for you.

what can i say?

In teamfights all you gotta do like any other adc is to stay behind your allies and focus the nearest enemy. THAT'S WHAT ANY OTHER ADC PLAYER WOULD SAAAY but nooooooo, use Ambush get in position (you can even go behind them all and focus the adc and mage, they are mostly behind everyone so you can easily kill both and keep doing some great damage on the enemy team, just make sure you're safe before appearing) and start making people cry with your Spray and Pray, remember that after killing or assisting in a kill you will be able to use your Ambush again so don't be afraid to go for the kill and use ambush to get out of there easily, most of the times you will want to go for the easiest kill, use Ambush and get another kill and so on until there are no more enemies left to kill or it's you who is laying on the floor.

Well if you did everything correctly you should be really feed and carrying your team, remember to lead your teammates to do objectives like dragon, inhibitors, turret or even baron, after every ace. After all, you're not winning the game getting only the kills, so go for some easy kills and start moving over the map doing objectives. soon you will be in platinum/diamond doing some great plays and pentas.
