Ok, about the guide, this is the guide about the (troll pick) roleplay with Rakan in Top Lane, 'cause he's a good tank that's can damage sereously the enemy during a gank, can escape gank with a certain easiness and can control some lanes hard for others top laners.
And, also 'cause is really funny play as Rakan.
Pros and Cons
Pros:

Counter some difficult matchups, like Riven and Swain;
It's really funny play as Rakan;
Can turn into a nice tank or apcarry;
Can be a second support on team.

Can make someone quit 'cause is a troll pick;
It's a real bad pick against some cheap champions, like Teemo and Poppy;
Cannot feed himself easylly.
Skills
Passive: Fey Feathers
Gives you a shield from time to time, that's can be quick every time you hit an enemy.Q: Gleaming Quill
Use to poke and to have sustain, try don't miss it.W: Grand Entrence
Use to engage or to flee. If it's to engage, DO NOT miss and hit the enemy every time you use it. If it's to flee, don't use during the Master Yi's Q (for sample).E: Battle Dance
Meh, it's a kinda useless if you won't gank or if your jg won't gank.R: The Quickness
You can use it to have sure to engage, to get speed, to kill or to give more stun.
Builds
There are some builds to diferent proposes
Fat Bird Build:
To counter some AP tanks and some assassins, like Malphite, Aatrox and Riven AND to be the engage guy.
Angry Bird Build:
To be the second engage guy and to cause some damage.
Golden Bird Build:
To be the AP carry, and get the 1st item before everyone.
