Thanks for viewing my Warwick guide! I'm new at making guides so let me introduce myself.

I've been playing League of Legends since 2011, and the old Warwick was one of the first champions I learned. He was easy, simple, and relatively low-risk to learn to jungle with. However, old Warwick was plagued with several disadvantages in his kit that became more and more severe with every new champion Riot released. I stopped playing League of Legends around Season 4-5 and did not come back until Season 6. I've been playing once again pretty regularly since Season 6 and have mained Warwick since his rework. As of today I have over 100k mastery points with him, and consistently win more than 50% of my games with Warwick, which is the standard for what you need to climb.

This is how I play Warwick and my thoughts on why and how my build operates.

Starting with Summoner Spells, the two choices for Warwick are pretty standard. Flash and Smite. I don't feel like a whole lot of space on the guide needs to be used to explain why these two spells are necessary for him. Smite is obviously required in the current meta for any jungler, regardless of the safety, speed, and efficiency of their clears.

There is a small room for argument between Flash and Ghost. I always take Flash since this is a relatively low-elo guide for climbing. Warwick really has no need for a speed boost once you get his passive activated on his W. A whole guide could be written around Predator Warwick, where you might want to

Most of the item build is focused around survivability, mostly because Warwick has such high base damage that you don't need to build him full damage. There are of course, builds for Warwick that go Warrior and full AD/Tanky AD. I prefer not to do that unless my team is completely tanky (In which case, I usually pick someone more damage-focused).

Core build is definitely Cinderhulk, into Titanic Hydra. This combo plus WW's W passive should give him wave clear, which he desperately needs, as well as consistent damage and survivability, since WW needs his duels to be more drawn out. If WW can outlast his opponent's abilities and wait for their cooldowns, he should win the fight since his passive, W passive, and his Q (and R) all give him enough damage and sustain to win against someone who is equally low on health.

Rush Tiamat early if you can, since WW needs the clear in his jungle more than he needs the mana passive from Talisman or the whole jungle item. I usually go Challenging Smite for the damage reduction in duels and the true damage autos. He doesn't really NEED blue since his W gives him chase power, but if you're against someone particularly slippery like Shaco or Hecarim, you might want to slow them down so you can grab ahold of them and not let go.

Beyond these two items, I build around the enemy team so I can't be killed. For damage, I will get Sheen and turn it into Triforce. That is all the damage WW really needs and it increases his amount healed off his Q and procs with his R as well. Don't forget it activates with his E as well, which can turn the tide of these unfavorable duels and invades.
