Introduction
You are going to want to max
Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike first for cooldown reduction. At max level and with a brutalizer you can be putting these out ever 6.3 secs which is pretty crazy... Crazycoopdog.
Now for what I level next is
Tempest / Cripple because of the slow. Note Some people do choose to level
Safeguard / Iron Will second for jungle sustain but I think Lee has enough at level one so I don't advise it.
Always max Ultimate when you get the chance to hopefully that goes without saying.

You're probably thinking wtf is this guy doing for masteries. Well let me explain.
Tier 1
In the offensive tree we take
Double-Edged Sword
. I do this because this is amazing for damage and even though you take a little more damage. Then we put 2 into
Fury
I love to do this because it makes amazing use of his passive to get energy back without taking to much to kill other masteries he needs.
Sorcery this is amazing on lee to put even more cooldown on his abilities where most of his damage comes from. [[Butcher to help his early game jungle clear.
In the Defensive tree take
Block
and
Tough Skin
for early game ganks and jungle clear.
Tier 2
In the Offensive tree take
Expose Weakness
all the pros take it. It helps dramatically for follow up in ganks and teamfights. Then take
Brute Force
for the pure ad.
In the defensive tree take
Veteran Scars
for early game sustain in the jungle. and
Bladed Armor
for helping clear buff camps all game.
Tier 3
In the offensive tree take
Martial Mastery
for the pure ad and 2 into
Executioner
for helping to finish off kills.
In the defensive tree take
Juggernaut
because of the late game hp.
Tier 4
In the offensive tree take 2 into
Warlord
. Only ADCs benefit off of warlord well because they build almost straight ad.
Tier 5
In the offensive tree take 3 into
Devastating Strikes
armor pen and magic pen are amazing on people who do percentage hp.
Tier 5
In the offensive tree take
Havoc
it is just amazing.

In teamfights you want to either try and get behind there team and hit a
Dragon's Rage on their ADC/ most fed carry. Though do not do this if your team does not have a lot of single target damage. If you are aoe or are just not comfortable getting to their back line get near your adc and if someone goes in on them such as
Vi you can
Safeguard and
Dragon's Rage them away creating space for your adc to do their job. Then just execute enemies who are low.
