Hey everyone
I started playing LOL in Season 2 (and stopped playing for a long while, up to Season 5) and always loved the roles of the mid and the supporter.
I tried various Supportes on Botlane (like Nautilus, Lux, Morgana, Braum and Bard) but i just stopped at Sona. She perfectly fits my playstyle and is (at the moment) nearly never Banned.
She got everything someone could want of a Supporter. A Heal (and shield), a Poke, a Speed Buff and a Stun. Only a wave Clear is missing.
This is my very first guide and i would love some Feedback.

This Sona is an annoying Poke and Heal Champ. She runs around, constantly poking the enemy to death while healing her own ADC. Playing against her can be pretty hard.

Pros:

• Strong Poke Early on
• Nice Heal to save someone
• Pretty fast (especially with her E)
• Pretty Easy to learn
• Can make any decent ADC into a good carry

Cons:

• Ultra Squishy
• Really bad at One vs One
• Needs at least a decent Team
• Some Items are Cost Heavy (especially for a Supporter)
• Only for normal Games and Low ELO (Higher Elos will see more MR and u don't have MP)
• Only One real Damage Spell

There are only a few you need



Flash - Needed to get a better Ult in. And to make some Escapes
Exhaust - Perfect defense and scales well throughout the game.

These two are the most Important Spells. Always take Flash with you.
You (may) can exchange exhaust for Teleport (to roam faster, but it isn't really a good choice because you are allready fast enough) or Ignite (to destroy the Heal of other Sona and Sorakas)
