I welcome you summoners into this "first" quid of mine. First of all my name is LiGHTningfirst and I was a high elo player by the same name on the Turkish server in season 2. However due to schooling I stopped and now I'm back on the awesome North American server. I'm just trying to help and evolve the community specially the ones who go on MobaFire as when I first started a new champ I would come here for advice and until I reached Diamond 2 in my server in 2012 I used to come here everyday. And maybe instead of a thank you letter I can help people who go on this website to have fun and learn just like I did. I main Mid and Top lane (basically a solo laner) and my fav. champs are ( , , , , and )

Now lets stop about me and talk about the build. This build, with its item choices above is not for trolling (well except Trolling and Snowballing). The build revolves around the idea of the current Meta requirements and how flanking in high Elo is now very rewarding. Eve's Q and W grants her a very good kit for kiting, using this fact and maximizing the DPS outcome using hybrid damage and CDR in the build it will give us everything we need except stealth. However Eve has her passive which grants her stealth to hint us and let us have usage of the flanking and positioning advantage.

The main core of this build is both your awesome passive and Q damage, now although you might think of E as a damage source ,this is true and you will be maxing it second. However Q is on a shorter CD and with some CDR in our build we can max this to be the optimal damage source. This will leave you Mana hungry but due to your passive and build you can essentially have a permanent blue buff on you.
The reason to get W as your level two skill is for harass in lane (This is true if the enemy can throw projectiles at you or some one who you could not afford to take damage from in the early game i.e : and ) because W's passive will give you movement speed buff on the proc of your Q, so you can doge and maneuver around you enemy better. Now you can go E second since you will be maxing it second for your overall DPS outcome and this will be helpful against some champs like: ( and ).
