With this build end game, fully farmed Warmog's and Bloodthirster, your AD will be above 400, with over 4k hp, and a decent amount of armor. Not to mention, with the critical chance from Atma's and Infinity Edge, combined with the Elixir of Agility, you will be critting about every other hit, when your moves are on CD. The high AD almost makes your bleed deal tons of damage and your ulti will definitely deal over 1k true damage.
