It's very simple. Because Cactus does not have any escape skills! Movement speed is very important, on every champion, but that flying priest just can't get enough of it. Be proud of yourself when you have boots with green shieet and you see your opponent running barefoot.

Don't want to be running barefoot? Buy pumped up kicks dummy!

It's very old and good tactic. use W and start hunting with Q. After some time turn on your E and just go straight in. When you die, you have 3 shoots with Q and ult. That's it. I did a pentakill with this so yes, it works.

Even if you failed to do a kamikaze tactic, you can still raise from the dead like a god and sing the song of death, THE REQUIEM!

So, yea... take revive if you want. And you can always do the MASTER, COMEBACK COMBO with TELEPORT! With this, you can basicly do a DOUBLE KAMIKAZE TACTIC! BOOOOOOM!
