A super short teleport guide
You almost never want to tp for towers. Normally you want to ask your bit lane to try and get a deep ward in lane when dragon is coming then ask them to freeze. While that's happening you want to push your lane as much as possible and to for a free double kill and dragon. Late game you want to split on the opposite side of the map where the current objective is at. Once a fight breaks out you can keep pushing if no one has answered you and if they have answered you, you want to tp to the objective and join the teamfight.
Trading patterns
During champ select you should decide if you want grasp or conq runes. Grasp is used against enemies that like long extended trades and conq for anything else. Against normal top laners(not ranged) your trading pattern will be q a minion and q2 the enemy champ and casting w right afterwards. Using q on the minion will give you movement speed to walk up to the enemy. Then use your stronger q to hit the enemy champion. This also grants movement speed and allows you to walk away and gives you a easy time to hit your outer edge w which will slow them and heal you. One thing people don't know is Camille q is a instant and unstoppable attack that can be animation canceled. In short words if you are autoing the enemy champion and press q no matter what happens you will hit them with your q. The animation cancel part means you can w right after you press q. This will start your w animation and cancel your q animation but your q damage will go through because it is unstoppable. Another thing to take note of is you can use other abilities while you are in your e and w animation so if you have tiamat the trading pattern will become q minion, walk up to enemy champion q w tiamat. Another trading pattern is q a minion w and w the champion. This has same results as the first trading pattern and has a better engage on the enemy because you will first slow the enemy then you can walk up to q. But this also has a weaker disengage because while you are walking away you don't have your w slow to make sure they can't walk up to reengage. If needed you can e away for disengage but only do this if you really need to leave. If they engage you, you want to q1 e out. After that you can decide if you want to reengage with e2 or completely disengage. One tip is if you are skilled with Camille, you can actually e the wall but before the e hits the wall you q1 them making the disengage process more quicker. I recommend trying this in practice tools with dummies as this is a hard thing to do first try.
When do I all in?
Normally you can all in with Camille once you have passive up and all your abilities up. But when should you all in? Commiting to an all in means you use everything you have in one go. If something goes wrong you will be in a bad state. There is no absolute answer as you need to get used to Camille's damage output. A general mark is if they are half hp doing a all in will work. Camille has different methods of all ins and this is the hard part. Which all in do I use. The first all in method is simple. You e to engage and hit them with a q1 and auto until you can use q2 then finish with a w you want to save w because if they have any dashes, your w will be your reengage tool. If they disengage before your q2 is up just w them walk up and q2. The second all in is where you q a minion then engage with e and q2 + w. This all in is harder to react to as it is much more bursty but the damage out put will be smaller than the first method. To know which method to use requires you to know Camille's damage output but a nice marker is to use the first method if they are half hp and second method if they are one fourth hp. This is a good marker in lansing phase but keep in mind Camille scales well and later in the game your all in will mostly be the second method unless you are against a tank.
Turret diving
Camille is a really strong turret diver. But if executed poorly the turret diver will not be in your favor. The first part of a turret diver is assessing how long it will take for you to kill them. If it will take you more than 2 seconds I recommend you to lay off unless you have a jungler. The first step to diving is to crash your wave into the tower. Then you want to walk up and try to bait out all the cc you can without getting tower aggro. If they have lots of cc and refuse to use it against you, you should avoid tower diving. If they do use cc that is your time to strike. Q the tower or minion and wait for your second q to come up. Then just kill them with your second q and e out. The trick to tower diving is one, crashing the wave. Two, baiting out cc. Three, using your e as an escape move not a engage move.

Tips and tricks
You can mask cc with your e, say you shoot your e out right before the cc. What will happen in you will get cc but when your e hits a wall, the e will pull you to the wall even if you are cc'ed. Nice truck to know when you are against a poppy. If you see poppy channel her ult you can e the wall and if you get hit by her ult your e will drag you back to the wall. Note this only works before the e hits the wall.

Wall hugging is good for Camille if you are looking for all ins. If you e the wall from afar they will see you e the wall and will have plenty of reaction time. If you are next to the wall, your engage will be almost instant.

Her ult makes it so that she is untargettable so use this to dodge any abilities(darius q, yasuo knockup, illaoi e)
