Hi! I'm Olympic Koala and I'm currently Platinum 5 at the time of this post. I've played a heck of a lot of Morgana in Season 4 and ended with over 70% winrate. Not too much has changed with season 5 and I feel she's just as strong as ever. This won't be an incredibly detailed guide, but I'll do my best to tell you everything that you want to know. Alright, let's get started!

I chose a basic AP page to get some extra early damage. It is definitely possible to move these around, I just feel this set up is the best for my aggressive play style. I could see move speed quints or maybe some gold per second seals. This is completely dependent on your own play style. You can go with armor marks or scaling magic resist glyphs. Experiment and try to find what's best for you. Don't feel like this is the only way to play!

This is my basic support page. I use it for nami, morgana, annie, or just about anyone with catch potential. Having the extra movespeed can make or break catching one of the enemy carries which can lead to a tower, dragon, or even baron.

As stated in the notes, the core items are just general items. You can replace almost every single one of those with something else depending on your game. If they have an all ad comp you shouldn't build locket, if they have 4 ap you could get merc treads instead of mobis. These items are just an outline.

If you lane one bind w at level 3, you should be able to bring the enemy adc down to about half health provided you have follow up from your adc. Once you land that first bind, you set the tone. You can slowly work your way in between the enemy laners and the enemy minions. This in combination with your adc freezing the lane, you will be denying the enemy laners.
