Just testing out some Taric items. The theory on this build is that I'll chase people around hitting them with my hammer. Taric has good base armor. There's some decent magic resist on this build and some bonus HP. Otherwise it's mostly about running fast, slowing people down, and leeching mana. I wanted to stack the passive and the cooldown to make sure that I could regularly heal. It's normally really hard to get two swings in on the same champion with Taric because he's slow, so you end up hiding behind a tower and throwing a occasionally. Hopefully this build works like a tanky Tryndamere.
