I use this runes for much tankyness and a bit AP at the begin of the game. You can also use only AP runes.

I use this Masteries because I wanna be tanky but you can also use 21/9/0 based on AP, Magic Resist and HP

Skill Sequence

I first skill W because you cant fail your W like your Q and it makes a lot of damage.
It's good for beginner with Cho.

Spells

I try to get first blood with Ignite but you can also use Exhaust or Ghost for fast mobility and help at ganks.

You should try to last hit and if you cant you can use ur spells to last hit.
