Introduction

So... Welcome, this is my guide on what i like to call overheal sustain Renekton, a viable pick for TOP/JUNGLE/MID, yes, even Jungle and Mid.

Runes

Ok... So for runes you might want to run something like Grasp or Electrocute or something, but... Just try Aftershock, you really just need to proc it with your W and you gain a lot of useful stats. As for the other runes the core is healing and thats why I take revitalize, Taste of blood and ravenous hunter, other runes are more like a "it's up to you" type of situation.

Items

For items, going with the overheal/sustain/damage theme you take death's dance for increased Q healing, as well as a minor heal from other abilities, take spirit visage because it's really viable for you to actually get 30% increase in healing from your Q, your R, your Runes and from items like dd and rh.

Pros / Cons

So... The only real con here is the fact that you're going to be really squishy for a renekton, so in temafights i want you to not go behind your team a lot, but just a little bit of a distance should be kept, so... Your job is to go in, ult, and start dealing damage, you'll probably recieve heals from the support, as well as your own sources.
