I'd like to make this a good guide so please criticize me i hope to evolve this guide as i play more with Quinn. This build is merely the one I've had the most success with so far. I'm not high elo yet so I'm sure this has room to grow.

Pros Good dps Maneuverability Battlefield awareness

Cons Can get trapped when using vault due to having to get in melee range Tag Team Valor is melee only and doesn't improve deference leaving you a bit squishy in melee combat.

Blinding Assault
Of your abilities this is the biggest hitter in damage be careful to avoid minions when plinking a champ with it. Heightened Senses
This is a 1 and done skill not much use to level. Use it to make sure bushes are empty. Vault
This is your best champ killer gets you to the right range slows and puts Harrier on the champ opening them up to massive damage. You can also use it to make a gap to get away especially when combined with Tag Team.tag teamTag Team
Great move to chase down the last remains of a team fight but also a good escape with the speed boost. The second cast can damage many units however its best use is to finish many weekend champions in a team fight due to the increased damage from their missing health.
