Starting with your main keystone, Conqueror is the best pick it gives insane healing and damage in teamfights / extended trades, which is really good for Yasuo.

Next for your smaller runes you wan to go Triumph, you want to take this because it could save you from any burn or Ignite as well as give a decent amount of gold throughout the game.

For your next rune you want to take Legend: Alacrity you want to take this because it will increase your attack speed by a lot just from killing things like champions, minions, and large monsters. This is especially good because Yasuo's Steel Tempest (Q) counts as a basic attack making the cooldown lower.

Last rune for your primary row is going to be Last Stand, Last Stand is better than Coup de Grace because it activates at 60% hp maximizing at 30% hp. You get more value out of it and its very helpful in close fights. Also it can pair very well with a Wit's End when you are below half.



For your secondary runes you are going to want to take Domination it's good because it has the sustaining runes you want.

Your first rune for this secondary tree is going to be Taste of Blood, this will give you some extra sustain in lane to survive, even though the numbers are not that high every little advantage helps and it adds up.

Your final rune is Ravenous Hunter, this will make you heal from your abilities healing a higher percent when you get a unique champion kill (so up to 5 stacks). This is really good as Yasuo because later game you will need to have life steal to win fights and create a big impact.
Summoner Spells
Flash - Always take Flash, its very good for escaping a gank, ganking, teamfighting, and abasically everything, and you need to take it on Yasuo.

Ignite - Most of the time you want to go Ignite. Ignite is not only good for extra damage (in true damage) that scales with Lvl. but it also provides some good utility with the grievous wounds it puts on the enemy. Since you are going to want to play decently aggressive Ignite is always a good option.

Exhuast- Exhaust can be a really good choice when took in the right situation. It's really good into things like Zed, Talon, Fizz. It slows them down so they cant move around as much and it makes them do significantly lower damage when its on them. They will not be able to burst you down or dodge anything. Basically when its good, it's really good.

Teleport - I would not recommend Teleport unless you are going top lane just because there are better spells to use for mid lane and its that long or far away from any objectives, because it's in the middle of the map. But if you are playing top lane Teleport is a must have.

Cleanse - Although Cleanse can be good for heavy CC I just feel weak when using it. Like taking this the summoner spell over another one just because I cant dodge or position. It can be good in some scenarios and to escape ganks. You can take it if you like but it's not my first choice.

Starting Items

Doran's Blade - Doran's Blade is going to be your main starting item. It is really good because it provides a good amount of health for early on (80) and 8 AD and it has 3% lifesteal which is really helpful even though it might not seem so. Doran's Blade is a really good aggressive starting item which is great for Yasuo.

Items to Rush

Doran's Blade - For one of your first items a lot of the time you will get a second Doran's Blade, reason being it is really good early game strength and 6% lifesteal total is not bad.

Berserker's Greaves - Another Item you MUST rush is Berserker's Greaves, it gives some helpful movement speed to avoid ganks, chase, dodge and makes your dash faster. As well as giving you +35% attack speed making your Q Steel Tempest cooldown lowered because it counts as an autoattack, which is extremely good for Yasuo.
