You auto and sustain, try to Q when your above half if your not fighting. But if you are fighting just Q. Conq, second wind, and revitalize keep you so healthy the longer the trade the better for you.
Don't be afraid of being at half, with eternal hunger and last stand your scarier if your lower, just get them to half and if they don't kill you instantly you probably win the fight.
