Just passing by to say that Thresh is usually considered the perfect support for combining with virtually any champion in lane, having a surprisingly complete kit, and team fighting like no one else. So absolutely any champion synergizes with him.

Champion Build Guide
All you need to know
As I said before, it's an infinite scale hybrid tank build.
Thresh has great potential as a champion, he's very complete, so if your question is ''but what's this build for?'' I'll tell you, it's for doing whatever you want.
Want to support? Thresh is a support, and you'll be infinitely tanky and with enough AP (And probably a Spirit Visage) to give a lot of flashlight shielding.
Want to kill everyone? If you farmed Steel Heart correctly, you easily reach 10k health, 300 armor and more or less the same in magic resistance, apart from the damage accumulating infinitely in a SATANIC way.
Want to destroy all towers in a split push? Demolish rune uses 35% of your maximum health as EXTRA damage on turrets.
20 seconds of intense 1v5 fighting isn't enough to kill you if you've stacked your stats right, you're the king of the late game, and your crown is made from the bones of your enemies.
