When you rush Guantlet + Boots they wont be able to run from you so you can just keep killing them if they try to farm because at this point you will definitly be stronger than you opponent. Thornmail are perfect if you engage and the adc attacks you. Just go all in and activate your movementspeed imparing items to apply the font of life rune to really help your teammates in teamfights.
