Champion Build Guide
Be wary of Ability point Sequence!
Wind Wall or Sweeping Blade is optional for Level 2 but you should not prioritize Adding too much Skill-points on Steel Tempest, a 2 pts for it is enough because you should be wary that Leveling up Sweeping Blade and Wind Wall instead reduces its Cool Down by prioritizing it wherein Steel Tempest's does by Building up Attack Speed.
This Build recquires "Utter (MAP) AWARENESS > Utter Power-Farming"
You should not portray Constant oppressiveness (Power-Farming, Pushing Enemy wave under opposed Turret)
Faker is good because he lures the Enemy Jungler to focus on-him but he does not often get taken down.
Take Warding Trinket first to provide vision for your Jungler at the start, after you Recall, atleast take a Control Ward, that's also when you should replace your Warding Trinket with Sweeping Lens because it also gives you an eye against Stealthed Champ regardless of the Composition it would let you rotate safely.
Where to put Control Ward?
Behind the Red Brambleback's pit, there is a bush where in at the edge that keeps an eye towards a Blasting Zone. Unless Highly Competetive, you can still use it to Lure an enemy but either else you should keep Sweeping Lens over a Warding Trinket.
Upgrading Steel Tempest provides Damage, up to 2 pts is enough because its C.D is mitigated by an Attack Speed item though you should be building Damage too to let Last Breathe deal more consistent Damage without focusing too much on building Crits. Stormrazor being Yasuo's Iconic item within provides much consistent Steel Tempest instead of Phantom Dancer or Statik Shiv because it adds up the most Decent Stats between the 3 said. If you take Statik Shiv, you would just be clearing too much Waves you could have conserve for your Sweeping Blade,
With Fleet of Footwork it's just much affinite than taking Phantom Dancer to Gap closer to an Enemy along you can charge Flow just as much. Wit's End by far adds up to what you lost from not taking Conqueror and Phantom Dancer. Since with Resolve being the Secondary Rune, noting because of Revitalize too: Fleet of Footwork, Second Wind proc along with a 3% Life Steal early and Triumph perk; would Save you more than Buying 2-3 Doran's Blade and later on Bloodthirster. Sterak's Gage provides more Tenacity and a Bonus Shield that would save you better than taking Phantom Dancer, Following up a Last Breathe with it just deals much more Damage.
This Build is Consistent and not Time Consuming either way you read it up to here or you just see what was up too, so I hope you would appreciate.
