in this build you have one job is to destroy every turret by all means, you don't win by killing you win by destroying the nexus this is where yorick shines, his Q with demolish will turn the turrets into dust, only team fight with your team if you know they'll lost but if they are able to freeze the wave get as much damge to turrets before the enemy team notices

all you want to do in the laning phase is to farm. yorick scales well so it's better to farm safely, you win your lane by making the enemy leave there lane because they are too low or have no mana, so only farm and if you hit your E when laning spawn your ghouls and they will jump to them in an instant. make your laner leave and do your best to get the demolish rune on the turret.If you can't make him leave let him push and ask your jungler to gank you, if your jungler is a boosted monkey push your lane till your minions are at his turrent and roam, top lane isn't the only one with turrents and try getting your team ahead in the end it's a team based game
