Pros/Cons
Why he's broken as hell right now:
- He's pretty much impossible to gank and he wins most lanes by just harassing and kiting the enemy to death.
- He has enough burst to kill an enemy squishy instantly and he also has more Damage per second than any other champion late game. Yes, AD carries are jealous.
How is that possible? With the new items, AP Teemo can deal 65% of his AP per autoattack. You can easily get up to 2.3 attack speed (which means 2.3 attacks every second) and with
Runaan's Hurricane you can do that on three people. In the end, you deal 450% of your AP per second (and that's not even taking in consideration your Blinding Dart, your
Shrooms and the afterpoison of Toxic Shot.)-Oracles got nerfed and it's much harder to get rid of

What sucks:
-You need to be smart and always kite your enemy. Don't try to stand toe to toe against a tanky champion, you will lose.
- Always be aware of the enemy team's AP carry position. AP Teemo is not made of glass but he's certainly not tanky either. You can get destroyed if you are in a bad position.
Lane
Never get in melee range, always poke the enemy with your
Toxic Shot. Place shrooms freaking everywhere in your lane so that if your enemy laner tries to catch you OR if the enemy jungler comes to gank you, they'll just die from your poison lol.Farm like you never did. Don't kill the enemy tower unless you want to get out of lane (for some reason ..?) Come back later in the game and rape everything.
Teamfight
Last item wtf?
For best damage output ever possible get
Deathfire Grasp to get maximum CDR and an overpowered active.If you are constantly getting dived by enemy assassins, get
Zhonya's HourglassIf you just want to be nasty, get
Guardian Angel
