Threats & Synergies
Mundo can do very well into Azir. His poke can be strong, but just work with your jungler and fight him when you can.
The only thing about Ahri that can threaten Mundo is the true damage. Even then, once you build some health she doesn't do much. Mundo has a lot of natural tenacity, so her charm is pretty useless.
Stack magic resist and she won't do much.
Anivia can give Mundo a problem sometimes, but usually Mundo is able to take care of her. Force of Nature is very very strong.
This Matchup is in favour of Annie. Just Farm up and try to set up your team, because it is hard to get on top of her.
Mundo makes Aurelion Sol look like a bug rather than a dragon. Mundo can pretty much make the Aurelion Sol not be allowed to play the game, and bully him out of lane.
This matchup can go either way. Once you start stacking defenses, Corki can not touch you.
Diana is no threat. Mundo can laugh at everything her kit offers and just run her down.
Since Ekko is an assassin, he can't do much against Mundo. Peel for your carries as best you can.
Fizz can actually burst Mundo pretty roughly if you aren't careful. Make use of your summoner spells and farm up.
Make sure he can't get that many roams off.
Scary! Irelia wins against Mundo at pretty much every stage in the game. Try to stack armour.
Lethality champion? build armour.
Mundo does well into most AP champions, just stack armour against Kassadin and try not to let him get roams off.
Katarina does not deal that much damage to Mundo, but Mundo does not have a way to cancel her ultimate so you will have to rely on your team for that.
Try to zone her from EXP as much as you can pre level six, and hit your cleavers. After that, Mundo is losing and your team will have to help you.
Kled can't kill your unless he gets BORK, and unless he gets BORK first item then you win the matchup very hard. Usually you will have enough armour to laugh at his BORK once/if he gets it.
LeBlanc jumps around and can be hard to deal with, but as long as you hit your cleavers and don't get one-shot then you will win.
Lissandra's wave clear can be very scary, you will need to tank waves so that it doesn't push into your tower sometimes.
Lucian can not do much in early stages, and if you play correctly then he will be too behind to be a threat.
Lulu mid is the safest mid laner in the game I think. There's not much you can do unless the enemy team has no DPS.
Run her down, your tenacity negates her root.
He won't deal damage to you but you will have no way to stop him if he Rs your teammate since you have no CC. If he Rs you then your tenacity should be enough to win the fight.
Unless it is AD neeko, she poses no threat.
She can CC you with an airborne, which is a lot worse than pretty much any other CC since your tenacity doesn't do anything. Hit your cleavers and try to run her down. In the late game, find good flank angles so she is ulting your team and not you.
Lethality champ...but he deals some true damage so watch out.
Lethality champ. Build armour.
Very passive lane. There is no kill pressure anywhere, you can't kill him, he can't kill you.
Build magic resist. Don't fight him in lane.
His wave clear is really good, so he will usually get more roams off than you. That's fine, just ping and shove the wave back into him.
She can do stuff to you sometimes. Her CC is no problem since you will have tenacity, but still, don't underestimate her damage.
SO MUCH TRUE DAMAGE! Don't fuck with Sett!!
Just attack him if he tries to all in you and you usually win.
She can knock you back and keep you away from her, but other than that it is usually a free lane.
Lethality champ, build armour.
Don't be stupid. Don't fight her before first back, and after first back you are usually winning. Don't play hyper-aggressive though or else she will kill you.
Mundo counters Twisted Fate very hard. Mundo doesn't use mana so Mundo's mana sustain is better than TF's, Mundo has natural tenacity so TF's Stun doesn't matter that much, and TF's wave clear isn't that good compared to Mundo's so TF can't get that many roams off.
Build magic resist and run at him.
True damage and long range poke. Vel'Koz is probably the best answer to Mundo mid. There's not much to do into him, you just lose.
Can be scary. Don't let him poke you and play a passive lane. Help out your jungler and laners.
There isn't any kill pressure on either side. Just farm.
Long range poke is not very nice against Mundo. It's not as bad as Vel'Koz since Xerath does not have true damage, but it can still be scary.
Yasuo wins against Mundo. Airbornes are a counter to Mundo's tenacity, and Yasuo has a lot of them. Yasuo can also build bork which is scary. Just sit back and try to stack armor and throw cleavers at him to disengage if he goes on you.
Like Yasuo, but can go Kraken Slayer. Not fun to play against, but if you build grevious then usually you will be fine.
Lethality champion, build armor. Shove waves so he can't roam.
Ziggs can poke from a range, but Ziggs is really just mid-range and can be jumped on. You can play laning however you want.
Mundo is a direct counter to Zoe. Zoe does not really do anything in this matchup. Run at her.
