Intro
Kha was strong a couple of patches ago, but was nerfed to hell. With the buff on his w and the small buff on his q that helps his early clear coupled with the nerf of lots of other junglers, you can play Kha at a high level once again. Kha is relevant all game which is also very good.(Decent early game, strong scaling)
