Runes
Lethal Tempo - If u want that exxxtra (lol) attack speed u can choose this too , but i dont prefer this.
Trumph - i think its a meta rune now , that HP restore can save ur life at many times
Alacrity - ATTACK SPEED !! must have (u have enough lifesteal already)
Coup De Grace - Dmg to lows ---> aweseome :D
Resolve - makes u a bit tanky
Conditioning - i love it , u will too :D (tankiness)
Revitalize - little amount of lifesteal , can be great :)
2nd Wind - if u are facing a pokey champ , u should choose this
Pros / Cons
-Almost noone can trade you -Vulnerable to pokes/cc
-PASSIVE ++++ -You can be nothing without passive
-You can Roam easily -Spells are hard to hit (knockup basicly)
-Early game awesome -Cant freeze lane (passive)
-A lot of counter items
