This build just works on normal blind pick well. Never tried on rank before. Pro is that you can easily gank, but it's so hard to come back, only if your team has an aoe cc tank or other op champion.

The key of bullying them is the time control. The key of the key is GHOST!!! Farm until two buffs and 650. Buy Stalker's blade, and use ghost return to gank or invade. Controlling the pattern is easier when you have double buffs, passive, smite can slow champion. Winning the early game means a lot.
