Vayne
One of the hardest matchups for Ezreal is Vayne. Most people think that Vayne is a god late game and Ezreal stands no chance against her but they're wrong. A good Ezreal will always kite a Vayne with his Mystic Shot(q) and Arcane Shift(e) when she tries to chase him with her ultimate. But a good Vayne can outplay you with flash or dodging your abilites.
