He's threat because of his Q and R because his Q has bigger range than your Q, and if he misses his Q he will flash + R you and you can't escape from that fight without dying :) So I recomend Banning him!

Champion Build Guide

I hope you will find this build usefull :) Because with this build I did so much progress I was trying even lethality Ezreal even Full crit one(that one is not even bad).
So please leave me some comments about it how it works for you! :)
But I recommend you for the start the Tear because when you will take a dorans blade you can take only one Potion and you will get out of mana very easly, that's why I take Tear and two potions because I will never run out of mana and HP :)
Support: I prefer some tanky support so he can start the fight but Ezreal is kinda good for starting but there is a problem in his health he has so low hp at the start so you cant fight much until lvl 3 so you have "double flash" ready when you need to run
