Introduction
My ideal Ezreal build is:
Muramana
Trinity Force
Seraph's Embrace
Ionian Boots of Lucidity
Rageblade
Duskblade
I feel that Duskblade gives good damage and good ability to kill squishies as well as tanks. Iceborn Gauntlet is less useful than Trinity Force in all situations as it gives much less damage than Trinity Force and survivability. Rageblade is a 4000IQ item. In a teamfight or duel, your combo is Q,W then Auto-attack. This stacks the passive and gives bonus damage which is consistent when fully stacked after you kill the tank so you could kill any survivors on the back line.

Kleptomancy gives you enough sustainable gold and things to help in lane and the mid game to get his items and do more damage. Magical Footwear is good as it supplies your boots which only requires an extra 600 gold which you should have got from kleptomancy as 3/4 items. Future's Market means you can get your items quicker and deal more damage with them as you have them for a longer period of time. Cosmic Insights is good for your cooldowns to mean that you can deal as much damage as possible with your Q and W on short cooldowns. Manaflow Band helps to fight your lack of mana in the early game and Scorch helps for additional poke in and out of lane.
Ezreal is a good and safe champion to pick up and play to widen your champion pool. Ezreal can solo carry if you are a literal GOD like Rekkles or Uzi in pro play but with a usual player he is more of a utility to the team rather than a hard carry like Kai'sa or Jinx. He offers sustainable damage which is good in the mid game yet falls off in the late game. With this build he can offer more than utility damage for a usual player not an lcs GOD. If you can hit your skillshots then Ezreal is a good pocket pick to have in draft or blind.
