i'm still quite shocked that you think rylais is even remotely viable on morgana.........

Hey, I have some suggestions in terms of chapters you should (imo) add or change and I also have some issues concerning your choice of runes, items, summoner spells and masteries:

• I would add a section describing Morgana's strengths and weaknesses (Pros & Cons). Place this after the introduction.
• Add a section describing what Morgana's abilities do before telling others what to max. You can assume everyone knows what her abilities do, but adding a section really wouldn't hurt (in fact it's quite standard for a guide).
• Divide the 'Items/Gameplay' section into two separate sections, they are both rather important parts of the guide.

• 9x Greater Glyph of Magic Penetration are not really good. I would use 9x Greater Glyph of Scaling Ability Power instead.
• Will of the Ancients is not necessarily bad, but shouldn't be your first item. Get a Catalyst the Protector after your Doran's Ring for lane sustainability (then upgrade it to Rod of Ages). The spellvamp you get from your passive is good enough, you don't need WotA so early.
• Getting Rylai's Crystal Scepter is unnecessary. Soul Shackles already slows and you also have Dark Binding to snare enemies.
• Clarity is not a good summoner spell to have, especially if you use mana regen seals, get a Doran's Ring (or multiple DRs) and a Catalyst the Protector as well. Morgana needs Flash, combine it with Teleport or Ignite.
• Good Hands is much better than Perseverence . If you do the math you'll find that the health and mana regen from Perseverence is so small you barely notice them, while Good Hands can reduce your death timer by multiple seconds during the late game. I would also take Spatial Accuracy to increase your Teleport (and Blink of an Eye if you decide to use Flash).
• I wouldn't advise others to get Morello's Evil Tome since Deathfire Grasp is a better item. It gives slightly less mana regen, CDR and AP, but because of the active you will deal way more damage using it overall.
