This is my first serious guide and I hope it will help you alot! My english-skills aren´t that good but you should be able to understand everything.

+Single Atack blocking Spell (Can suprise 1o1!)
+Looks like a kind of the Kamael in Lineage2(Ingame)

-No CC at all!
-Very vurnable to CC!
-Not easy to master!
-Probably lowest meele range! (125 other have 200-175-150)

Summoner Spells are based on your playstyle. If you are not sure which summoner spells to take, just try a few untill you are happy.
Fiora is very reliable with many summoner spells.
My preffered summoner spell combo is

Other Good spells for Fiora:
Ignite is a good spell to get some early kills and it is very good to reduce an enemies lifesteal or health regeneration. It´s also great if you are chasing somebody with about 100Hp but you don´t have your Lunge ready. Just ignite the enemie and he will burn to death. And use the ability if you are fighting, don´t be to carefull with, it deals often more damage than you think.

Also very good to escape, chase or if you dive somebody, activate it so you will take less tower hits because you are superfast.

Many guys call it a noob spell but it can safe your and your allies butt several times! Also it let you win a 1o1 fight very often because the enemies don´t expect you to recieve a heal for about 400 Hp. It´s a pretty viable option.

Another option:
If ur team doesn´t have any teleport, you can get it. It has got a high cooldown, but it is very usefull. In early game you can just go back, regenerate health, mana and buy items and get back to your lane superfast. In late game you can use it to gank or to engage in a teamfight, if you are too far away!

The atackspeed bonus is pretty nice but you don´t need it really because you have got your Burst of Speed. There are other Summoner Spells that work better for Fiora but if you want to take it, do it. It can help you to get that damn turret down, when you killed your opponent in lane and he is already spawned!
This spell is great in 1o1 top lane. It doesn´t only remove CC, it also removes Summonerspells on you like Ignite and Exhaust! It´s a viable option.

Don´t take these spells:
The cooldown is too high and you should try to not die! Flash for example can help you to survive without 9 minutes cooldown!
Mages and Supports can take this spell, you can live without this spell and if you just got to many mana problems, take the blue buff.
Let a support take this spell. You'r a carry!
This spell is also just for supports or

The items I chosed are based on Atack-Damage and survibility! You have got enough atackspeed with your Burst of Speed 120% atackspeed bonus! If u feel like you just want to deal more damage and don´t need so much survibility, trade Mercury's Treads with Berserker's Greaves and build Trinity Force instead of Frozen Mallet but just do this if your team has got high CC! Otherwise the enemies will eat you alive!
Later on, you can sell your Lantern for another Bloodthirster or Atma's Impaler.
Spirit Visage This item is great for Fiora, I tried it concerning the comments and it worked perfect. It provides you very good durability with health, magic resist, cooldown reduction and the unique thing that increases your lifesteal and passive. This item is made for Fiora <3

are very important! They can decide if you win that 1v1 battle top or help you to survive with freaking 3 HP (Based on your luck of course :)
These are the best runes in my opinion for Fiora and many other AD-carries!
Greater Quintessence of Desolation and Greater Mark of Desolation will increase your Physical-Damage for about 26% in the early game. And still helps you to deal much more damage in the late game stacked with Last Whisper , Youmuu's Ghostblade, Sunder etc.
Greater Seal of Armor and Greater Glyph of Scaling Magic Resist provide you more survability in the whole game espeacially if you got your Deff/Off items like Wriggle's Lantern and Frozen Mallet.

Your able to lane top, bot and also mid! But top would be the best choice for you cause you are able to farm there and you are a duelist! Your specified in 1o1!
You dont have any ranged abilities, but you can still harras very good! Just jump with Lunge to the enemie, activate Riposte and Burst of Speed instantly after you used your first jump on the enemie. You will block an auto-atack of the enemie while you hit him 2-4 times. After you harrased him just jump back to his minions that fight with your minions! You will deal tons of dmg without recieving much!
