Runes

After channeling for 3.5 seconds, teleports your champion to allied minion, turret or ward.
This is quite useful as it can be used in many ways, it can be used to get back to the jungle, or secretly teleporting to a ward in bot lane to get kills. Or Spltipush (xpeke). But for a cost, you don't have any gapclosers.

Deals 390-1000 true damage (depending on champion level) to target monster or enemy minion.
This is very useful, you can use it to steal a objective or a buff (Ancient Golem, Elder Lizard, Dragon, Baron Nashor), or clear the jungle quicker. You should always get this when you're jungling.
Alternatives

Teleports your champion a short distance towards your cursor's location.
You should get this when you can use Flash to "jump" over a wall, or secure a kill or escape. It also combos well with most Summoner Spells.

Ignites target enemy champion, dealing 70-410 true damage (depending on champion level) over 5 seconds, grands you vision of the target, and reduce healing effects on them for the duration.
Most of the time you should always get this. It haves alot of good uses. If you're going for a 1 v 1, this is your buddy. You can use it to secure a kill, and such.

Exhausts target enemy champion, reducing their Movement Speed and Attack Speed by 30% for 2.5 seconds and reduces their damage dealt by 50% for the duration.
This is actually quite useful if you're against a Tryndamere, or Zed as it will reduce their Attack Speed and Damage, allowing you to gain the advantage.
I get

Entering a stance grants Udyr 10% Attack Speed and 5 Movement Speed for a short duration. This effect can be stacked up to 3 times.[/color]
This stance is one of the reasons Udyr's clear is so fast. Combined with your

Tiger Stance: Activation - Udyr's Attack Speed is increased for a few seconds, and his first basic attack will deal a high amount of damage over 2 seconds. Persistent Effect - Udyr's basic attacks deal extra damage.
This stance is really important to get if you want to clear very fast in the first few levels.

Turtle Stance: Activation - Udyr gains a temporary shield that absorbs damage.
Persistent Effect - Udyr gains Life Steal.
You should use this stance to regenerate health, and to fullfill the stacks of your

Bear Stance: Activation - Udyr increases Movement Speed for a short duration.
Persistent Effect - Udyr's basic attacks stun his target for 1 second. This effect cannot occur on the same target for several seconds.
You should use this stance to fullfill the stacks of your

Bear Stance: Activation - Udyr increases Movement Speed for a short duration.
Phoenix Stance: Activation - Udyr unleashes pulsing waves of fire, dealing damage to nearby enemies for 5 seconds.
Persistent Effect - With the first basic attack and every third attack after, Udyr engulfs enemies in front of him with flames.
Use this when clearing camps, you can use

You want to start the camp which is nearest to your ally's Bot Lane. You want to stand behind the largest monster so you can get the AoE on all the monsters. You can then do a wolf/wraith camp depending on which you started first. Then grab your other remaining buff. If you're invaded, you should get the buff (the enemy) which the enemy is taking. As in, exchanging buffs, make sure to clear both of the small monsters to get the timer. At level 4, you want to scout the map to see the ganks which are available, when ganking, you want to open up with your
Blazing Stampede, then
Wilding Claw, then
Wingborne Storm and repeat. If not, continue farming until 450 gold, then back and get your Madred's Razor, teleport to the nearest turret to the camps, then farm up once you have enough for
Spirit Stone, and then back again for Wriggle's Lantern.

This is where you should have your Feral Flare and Trinity Force by now, you want to splitpush lanes and gank around. Ward the
Dragon and
Baron Nashor so you can keep track of enemy movements and what they're doing. You should definitely try to shut down enemies if they're too fed as you have
Blazing Stampede for that.

As Late Game comes, you should ward the
Baron Nashor alot as it can mean a win or lose. Push with your teammates and try to win teamfights, focus the enemy ADC. If you win a teamfight, try to get a objective, whether it be
Baron Nashor or a enemy turret. Anything works as long as it's worth. You want to end the game soon as Udyr's late game isn't the strongest. You should never be alone splitpushing without wards at this point.
