Introduction
Red buff
Red buff is very important on Teemo. Whenever you have red, you want to be as active in the lanes as possible, continuously applying pressure wherever possible. Don't be afraid to gank a lane, and then fake a retreat to the jungle, this sets up a second gank on the same lane which people are NEVER expecting.
Why red buff?
No red buff?
When you don't have red, you want to farm as much as possible, but don't sacrifice lane pressure/ganks in favour of farming. Teemo scales well with items late game.
Blinding dart
This is one of your best weapons for jungling, as it allows you to avoid damage from the big minions in the jungle for a few hits.
Team fights
In team fights, Teemo can either; carry dive (focus their carry), or try to pick off the enemy who is focusing YOUR carry.
Carry-diving works well vs. enemy ADC as you can utilize your blind to get the upper hand.
"Peeling" is when you focus down the person who is killing your adc (e.g. bruisers). This can be useful late game, but be careful not to die yourself and remember; ALWAYS USE YOUR Q to blind the enemy and stop them doing any basic attack damage.

Pros
Cons
-
High maneuverability, can kite most champions, also helps ganks as few champions can escape/run from Teemo (thanks to his W).
Poison damage scales well with items, and can secure kills.
Shrooms assist ganks, jungle awareness/coverage which leads to good counter-ganking and counter-jungling.
A nice 'second pick' if your main jungler is banned.
Versatile champion, can be a tank or a carry.
Is so cute, that your opponents get really mad at you and make more mistakes.
Cons
-
Not a tank, you can get taken out very quickly, and you make a nice target as Teemo is a carry jungler.
Teemo's strength is his ability to kite and move around quickly. If you get CC'd you will have a bad time.
Champions that can reveal/hit stealth champions will defeat Teemo.
Teemo is weak vs. AD casters (e.g. Garen or Renekton) as Teemo cannot blind them to make them not deal basic damage (they can still use their abilities for high dmg).
High maneuverability champions e.g. Udyr or Riven cannot be kited by Teemo, meaning he dies easy or doesn't get kills.
