All i want to show people how strong Akali can be even in S11. Its true how way harder to play this champ after the riot removed some nasty items but its not that terible.(Not like my english POG ME)

You start with a Doran Ring (400G) and with 2 heal Potions (100G 50G/1) and with a free invisible ward(The yellow thing what cost 0G xd).
If you die before six you need to buy Amplifying Tome (435G) if you can buy instantly 2 or one and more heal potions. If you dont die before 6 then you need to farm out 1350G to buy the Hextech Alternator (1050G) and a simple boot (300G). If you have them then all you have to buy is a Ruby Crystal (400G) and a Blasting Wand (850G). Now listen to me. If you leading your lane you need to buy the Sorcerer's Shoes (800G) but if you not leading your lane and you have a hard time buy the night harvest first and after the shoes. I cant tell you how importat to know the prices of the items what you wanna build. Its tell you how much gold you need to farm. If you know it then you save a lot lot lot lot lot lot of time that means how you gonna have an easy job leading your lane that means no matter whos youre enemy (Unliss if hes a master smurf with a 1000000000 points yasuo or fizz main) you allways gonna give them a hard time especially if you know how to farm and lane controll.

You will need to learn how to Farm and lane control. Lucky you I can teach you that.(Note: You need to try this in costume game and learn it if its too easy to you to do it without an enemy just put a bot in but u only can practice againts bots on bot lane becouse if there is only 1 bot in the enemy he allways go to bot lane idk why the only diferenc beetwin bot and mid how the minions arrive almost 10 sec slover to bot becouse of the lenght of the lane)
Farming is all about timing. If youre timing wrong you lose a farm. No the game is not about how well you farm is about how much gold you can get. Thats why the most importat times when you need to be on your lane and farm is during clash/siege minion waves. But you dont know when they spawn ? Lucky you I know it and I will tell you:

1-2:05; 2-3:35; 3-5:05, 4-6:35, 5-8:05; 6-9:35; 7-11:05; 8-12:35; 9-14:05(This is the time when the tower plates are fall down); 10-15:05; 11-16:05; 12-17:05; 13-18:05; 14-19:05; 15-20:05; 16-21:05; 17-22:05; 18-23:05; 19-24:35; 20-EVERY 30S(That means it will spawn in every wave becouse for a wave it takes to spawn 30s)
All you have to do just go in to a costume game and learn the times when they spawn.
Now how you know when the clash/siege minions are spawn you know when you have to be on your lane. Nov lets have a look at the timing. To get the farm you will need to last hit the minions that means you need to hit the minions when they on the lovest hp posible (Actualy it depends on your atck or magic damage what you can do) Its very important to not use every single ability you have on minions becouse if you do you may get killed in a flank or you will not gonna able to make trades with the enemy laner. What trades mean ? Its simple. When they want to get your minion you just make their work harder by dealing damage to them. Thats why you dont want to use youre spells and Abilities on the enemy minions. About the lane control: to slow push a lane you will have to aa (auto atack) the minions in the next orded: Kill 2 ranged minons and let your minions to deal with the rest. For pushing you just kill as many minions on the lane as many you can. For a faster push just kill 2 Melee minions and let the rest of the work for your minions and to freez a lane you dont have to do anithing just last hit the minions but watch out. If there is too much minions on the lane from your side then no matter what are you doing the will gonna push aniway so some times it smart to let die your minions isnt it ? Actualy no. You need always one or 2 ranged or melee minions on the lane.
