My Own Opinion
As you can see this runes will make your Galio much easier too die. But this is the best runes to kill your enemy and great to avoid gank by enemy jungler. Poke the enemy until they low and you may start to kill them. You cant kill them solo when enemy full bar health. It really hard. Just poke them with Q and wait for the best timing to kill them by Galio abilities and passive. Im not use Resolve runes because it really hard to 1 v 1 with this runes . So this is the best runes for mid Galio.
