This guide will hopefully teach you how to get out of bronze/silver by just playing one champion. The champion of champions - BRAND!

Pros
|
+ Massive AOE damage + Easy to snowball + Easy to carry when behind + One of the best team fighters + Huge burst damage + Stun with his kit + Fast wave clears + Decent hp pool late game |
Brand is ridiculous OP in the meta right now. He can take a losing game (where all lanes loss) and change it to a winning game! Force a teamfight, make your team group with you and watch your ulti do its work! |
Cons
|
+ Slow as F*** + Ulti can be stopped + Loses a lot of damage if misses his combo + No sustain + Team/Grouping semi-reliant |
Brand is extremely reliant on his team to group so he can really shine. Has extremely low mobility so at higher elos can make ganking a challenge. You need to grab your team by the horns and take charge! |
Greater Glyph of Magic Resist

These are great to deny some early damage from the enemy laner. No need to take scaling since you shouldn't be getting attacked much mid/late game.
Greater Mark of Magic Penetration

These bad boys are just your standard AP marks, not much variation from this.
Greater Seal of Armor

A lot of AD mids here recently. You can also take

Greater Quintessence of Ability Power

Flat AP to get that level 3 first blood.
Items, probably the main reason you are viewing this guide!
A lot of you are going to be looking at this guide, scratching your head and wondering.. Hey man, where's the

If you are having trouble with mana management, that means you are spamming too much. You shouldn't need to poke constantly as usually just one combo can lock in a kill. Even if you are having mana issues, and seriously think you need the mana (remember you should be getting blue buffs also), you should pick up

Rylai's Crystal Scepter
is your bread and butter. You want this as soon as possible. The slow is just too good to give up! Along with the NICE hp boost you get, the slow will help get those ulti bounces, well, bouncing! If they can't run away fast enough from their team, they all will get Sh** on! This brings me into your next item. Actually first, let's talk about boots. On boots you really only have two options here.

Sorcerer's Shoes
These are really the only option. Mix these with your other Mpen items and you will be doing almost true dmg to some squishies who ignore MR :)
Liandry's Torment
I'm sure there is no guessing as to why this is our next item, right? Mixing this with

Void Staff
At this point the team is probably going "WHO FED BRAND!? BUILD SOME MR!". Joke is on them though, because we are going to build even more magic pen! You might be tempted to rush some more AP, but trust me, you will want this magic pen. This is where you will be dealing almost true damage to some enemies!
Rabadon's Deathcap
Here we are, the icing on the cake, the item to top off our ap charts.

Guardian Angel or
Zhonya's Hourglass
Here is what I do for my last item. I will start with my

Don't forget to pick up elixer of sorcery when your build is done. Also along the way making sure you are keeping

Now the fun stuff. How and when to do your combos!
At this point you know what all your skills do -
Sear,
Pillar of Flame,
Conflagration and
Pyroclasm. So let's learn in what order we should use them, and when to use them!
Let's start basic. We are level 2 in lane. How do you think we should combo the enemy?
WRONG! You don't! 9/10 the will not be a good opportunity to combo because of creeps, so we don't want to waste the mana, UNLESS our jungler is coming for an early gank.
In that case you want to get kind of close to the enemy, trying to scare them away from their minions, and also baiting for your jungler, then you want to W
Pillar of Flame and Q
Sear for the stun.
Now, let's say you are level 3. You can safe poke a few times with your W just to pop some of his pots/get him low enough for your combo (this is when you get first blood).
Once you have poked once or twice with
Pillar of Flame you want to start your combo!
Start off with E
Conflagration , get in range/out of minion block and Q
Sear for the stun, followed with W
Pillar of Flame for some massive damage which will also proc your passive. After all this you should be able to ignite or hell even just auto a few times for first blood!

Now we are level 6 and we have started roaming, we have shut down our lane and time to do the same to others!
This is where it gets a bit tricky. You no longer want to start with
Conflagration instead now you want to start with
Pillar of Flame "BUT WHY SENPAI, THE DAMAGE BUFF!". It is simple really, we are no longer attacking a single target but rather multiple targets and we want to set them up for our ultimate to do max damage!
By starting
Pillar of Flame we will most of the time hit more than 1 target with it, BUT incase we miss more than one target, we follow up with our
Conflagration to help spread our passive! With our passive now on more than one target, we can ulti immediately and then stun anyone in our range, or we can stun first and then ulti. I prefer to stun first to help prevent them from flashing away from our bouncing ulti.

As long as you can hit at least 2 with your W or E after you W this should wreck the enemy team!
