Aatrox is reasonably squishy, but he has great sustain, poke will prove to have little affect. In this case max W before E, because Aatrox is very attack speed oriented. Try and ask for a gank between level 3-5 before he gets his ult to help outpower him, but overall farming will be easy, as he has limited poke
Alistar
Alistar has a fair but of CC in his kit, but little mobility, he will get fairly tanky quickly, but wont pose a threat to kill you (so long as you avoid getting knocked under his turret). Focus on farming
Amumu
Fairly tanky, but has no poke and poor sustain damage. Be careful of ganks though, because he can lock you down and a jungler will do a lot of damage.
Blitzcrank
Weak damage overall, focus on farming and avoid getting pulled. Simple lane. Your E will be very usefull for poking in this lane.
Cho'Gath
Annoying Champion. Try to get a bit of MR early, and Merc Treads are extremely useful against this guy. Avoid his poke as much as possible, and don't all-in unless you know you'll win, because the feast is extremely deadly.
Darius
Another Annoying Champion, When Darius charges his Q, move away, as it does decent damage and can heal him. Be careful of his hemorrhage stacks on you, because his ultimate does significantly more damage if you are at 5 stacks. This lane isn't all that bad if you farm till at least 6 or once you build Trinity Force. Once 6 or Trinity, you can all in him (if you have enough Q stacks, About 100). Just Don't feed early, and farm very defensively.
Dr. Mundo
Doesn't do all that much damage. Get a gank early if possible to get him basically out of the game, and farm like crazy. If he is being stupid and gives you a kill, take it. Your E gives armor pen, which is very useful when he starts to stack armor. All in all, easy lane
Ekko
Ekko top is annoying, but other than his timwinder, he has little poke. He can get a little bit up in your face, so making W first may not be a terrible idea against Ekko. Avoid getting stunned at all costs, if he is going to stun you, it is worth a flash to get out. Farm defensively in this lane, and chunk him with your Q if possible, and poke with E
Fiora
Brutal lane, she will be poking you with her lunge against your vitals all game. Ganks are needed, and it is very hard to duel her. Play passive and farm Extremely defensively. Maxing W is the best bet in this lane, because she is semi-autoattack reliant, and move slows against her are very powerful. Be careful though, because her parry can block your Q damage and slow
Galio
Who still plays Galio? Just farm hard early and get a kill at 6. Avoid his ult and rush Trinity Force. Relatively easy lane.
Gangplank
Gankplank is a tough champion to play against if your opponent has reasonable skill with him. His barrels have 40% armor penetration so avoid them as much as possible, and his Remove Scurvy removes the slow you put on him and heals him, and his Q is poke on you, try to stay back and farm more than usual.
Garen
Garen is an easy lane, his Q is decent poke but you can Q him too if he gets close, his E is easy to run away from. Try to all in him at 6 or with Trinity Force
Gnar
Gnar is a very powerful champion. In his mini form, he has great poke with his boomerang. Try to watch his fury bar because when he switches to Mega Gnar he gains a lot of CC and damage
Gragas
Gragas has decent poke with his barrels and he has decent sustain and a gap closer. Be careful of this match up, don't underestimate his damage, and pushing quick under his tower can really limit his CS
Hecarim
Hecarim does reasonable damage at all stages of the game. In this case max W first, because it reduces his speed, and attack speed, which reduces his damage output. He is melee so your farming will be reasonably safe.
Heimerdinger
UGH, Heimerdinger... This is the bane of all farming champions. His turrets are extremely difficult to deal with. Your best bet in this lane, is to farm far back from his turrets, and don't allow him to get free damage off on you. If he has most of his turrets on cooldown, try to get a gank. There is not much that can be done against Heimer, but Nasus is very good at farming under his turret.
Irelia
Another quite difficult lane. Irelia gets (in most cases) Trinity force first, then goes pure tank, she has a weak early game, so get ganks early, before she hits 9. At level 9 she will have a maxed out W or E ability which can do 30 true damage per hit, and heal her, or slow/stun you for 2 whole seconds. Max W in this lane because she is very auto attack reliant.
Jax
Jax isn't extremely bad, but he can dish out major damage, especially if he gets a few early kills. His empowered attacks and his passive on his Ult can chuck you decently. Rush Mercs and Banshee's as soon as possible. NOTE - Jax's dodge cannot block your Q, so that is a very good way to get around this.
Malphite
Super easy lane, cannot much damage at all, his Q is poke and slow but very little damage, and his other abilities are melee range. Max W in this lane because recducing his auto attack speed and movement speed will be very benefitial, and with his passive, your E poke won't be very effective. Watch out for his ultimate though. If you want to chunk him a good combo is W (slow), E (Armor pen, and passive shield break), then a big Q right to the face for some nice damage
Maokai
Maokai is a decent threat to you. His passive allows him to heal be his max heal, his Q does poke and slow and knockback if you're in melee range (which is great disengage for him), his W does percent health damage scaling with his AP and is a gap closer and makes him untargetable for the duration, and his E is tons of poke. He is a strong lane threat, and farming very passively is advised.
Nasus
MIRROR MATCHUP. Basically how to deal with a Nasus is don't let him farm. Ganks are mandatory against a Nasus. Don't focus on killing him too much without a gank, because you will lose out on some farm.
Olaf
Olaf has strong melee dueling potential, and only real poke is his Q which is a skill shot. It will provide a slow which can get you caught. In this case it's preference on which you max W or E first. He gains a lot of attack speed from his kit, but all crowd control is removed if he uses his ult. He can be managed if you stay away until you are willing to chunk him or all in him. He has a tough time farming under tower so pushing it out quickly is a good plan.
Pantheon
Pantheon has poke with his spear, and a gap closer with his leap. That's it, not much else to worry about in his kit, he is a fighter champion so avoid his poke, farm hard, and try to get a kill when you have trinity force.
Poppy
Does anyone know who this is. I have never gone against a Poppy as Nasus, because no one ever plays her. She is quite weak early game, and can be abused, stay away until you can fight her. If possible avoid giving her kills or getting too much CS, because if she is fed, she can do massive damage.
Renekton
Renekton has an on-hit stun on his W, a AOE damage around himself, and two dashes that can get him in and out of a fight. Every time Renekton comes up to poke, smack him with a Q or a few autos. Don't let him get too much poke, and out farm him.
Riven
Ugh Riven. Riven has no mana costs, which means that everytime she is off cooldown, she will poke you, she is a very all in champion, so maxing W will be decent. She has a stun, and a dash that comes with a sheild. She is hard to poke out. Don't let her get a kill on you before you are 6, if she does, get a gank, beacuse she can snowball way out of control. You can Q her if she gets close because Riven's often build some health but little armor, so you can chunk her reasonably well. Most of all don't fight her early game.
Rumble
Rumble does decent mixed damage overall. Try to watch for his heat. When he hits max heat, he overheats and cannot use spells for 6 seconds. During this time, you can slow him and get some poke off. Try to find a mix of poke and farm against Rumble
Shen
Singed
Sion
Teemo
Satan himself. Teemo's whole kit is countering to Nasus, his Q does damage over time, forcing you back off of your CSing, and he is ranged so he will constantly poke you out.His W is move quickly, the disengage to get away from all your melee attacks. His E is blinding dart which reduces your change of hitting things with your basic attacks. And finally his god awful Ult, those invisible poison shrooms that slow and do DOT. Teemo is terrible to lane against, just focus on CSing and stay as far away as possible. Try to get ganks
Trundle
Trundle is and easy matchup, His only damaging basic spell is his Q which is a melee range attack that does basic damage. Avoid getting too close to him, because he can modify the terrain to work very well in his favour. If he Ults you, avoid fighting him if possible, because he steals some of your MR and Armor, and it does decent damage, other than that just farm normally
