True damage on W and an ult that can turn you into a nuke. If he ults you into your teammates it will hurt them A LOT. Generally prefer to ban this guy or Gwen.
Ashe
CC Heaven. Ashe can stun or slow targets from range which you can then pounce on to keep in place even further with your own CC.

Champion Build Guide
I am just your average trash Silver player who managed to climb out of Bronze pit I was trapped in during S10. While I had a tendency to flip flop between champs since I had trouble finding a champ I truly clicked with. I finally found the champ for me. Which is Sejuani.
However I hate the jungle role and so I play her in the top lane which is why I decided to create this guide from my experiences and deductions. However keep in mind things will probably be a lot different in higher elo then in my ole pit of silver.
> High CC
> Great gank setup
> Extremely tanky
> Can both engage and also peel.
>Cons
> Overall low mobility, Q CD is fairly high early on.
> Lacks a lot of damage outside of W2 bonk with full tank build.
> QSS and tank shredder items can deal with her easily.
>All in Combo: Q W1 W2 AA AA E AA (Best to do this when you have your JG coming in or you're 100% certain you can kill them and won't need to run away)
>All in Combo with ult: Q W1 W2 AA AA E AA R AA. (If you know they'll be dead for sure you can point blank your ult for quick dmg and CC. However if they have flash or an escape it's best to use ult to snipe them.)
>Alternate all in combo: W1 W2 AA AA E AA Q R AA
Levels 5-7 is when you can start getting scrappy as you should have some items from your back and you'll have a few points in W. This is when you start doing surprising damage. When they get low you can usually all in them and CC chain them to kill them.
Once you have a few points in W you will start one shotting caster minions so your wave pushing will be good by then. If your lane opponent is dead or playing passive due to being scared you can build a slow push or shove in order to roam mid to pick up a kill and/or get deep vision and/or help your JG.
Into a bad matchup it's best to freeze your lane and wait for JG ganks, if you have a farming JG such as Karthus, Evelynn or Fiddlesticks it becomes a survival and scale game.
If your team is losing then the best thing to do is collect safe farm in side lanes and try to catch out a high priority target with your team. If you don't have TP up then it's best to stay with your team
If your team is winning then you can push out side waves as long as you have TP up. With no TP up it is best to hover your team or the nearest objective looking for picks or to be ready to peel your team.
