Why Evelynn?
Pros

Items
In late game you should choose what item to build from these.
Lich bane is for snowballing and doing a lot more damage.
Dead man's plate is a really good tanky armor item on Evelynn since you are faster in your passive and it procs with your E.
Banshee's is really good vs Heavy AP teams and stuff like thresh,blitz,etc.
Zhonya's is really good into AD assassins. You can dodge a lot of damge with its active.
Spellbinder is good if you can't buy a mejai's. It gives A LOT of AP and movement speed.
Morello is good for reducing the enemy team's healing. It also gives AP and magic pen.
I almost never buy Spirit Visage but it can be good versus some really heavy AP team comps.

Jungle Path
With Evelynn you start with your botside buff almost every game. You get a good leash.
If you are on blue side
You do Red>Krugs>Raptors>Wolves>Blue>Gromp(You can take blue and gromp at the same time)>Crab>Gank*
If you are on red side
You do Blue>Gromp>Wolves>Raptors>Red>Krugs>Crab>Gank*
Then you reset and repeat the clear until you are lvl 6, looking for ganks meanwhile.
If you are on blue side
You do Red>Krugs>Raptors>Wolves>Blue>Gromp(You can take blue and gromp at the same time)>Crab>Gank*
If you are on red side
You do Blue>Gromp>Wolves>Raptors>Red>Krugs>Crab>Gank*
Then you reset and repeat the clear until you are lvl 6, looking for ganks meanwhile.
