Yes, Hecarim isn't strong as in S9, and hasn't been any strong since quite a long time. Almost any jungler can 1v1 him even if he's 2-3 levels ahead with 4k gold advantage, it's THAT bad. You can't even solo the dragon until you get 2 full items (lol)

But how do I get 90%+ winrate until diamond and over? The reason is simple, fast and effective ganks, giving your teammates the advantage.

This build takes into consideration Hecarim's passive :

Hecarim gains AD based on his bonus movement speed. We get movement speed from :

-Predator
-Celerity
-Nimbus cloack
-Mobility Boots
-Ghost
-his E

Whenever you gank, when you have EVERYTHING to pop at the same time, you can burst down any ADC, squishy support or mid, and if he's not dead, one or two auto attacks will do the trick.

This is quite hard, but at the same time quite easy to explain.

As I mentionned, Hecarim is quite weak, NEVER try to 1v1 the enemy jungler until you're mastered Hecarim, and you're 100%sure to win the trade.

Simply clear your whole jungle except your gromp, and look for the scuttle, if it's there do it, else simply recall.

Once you get predator, FORCE a gank, and don't hesitate or run in circle, if you CAN'T gank, look for a counter gank or keep farming, you need to make SURE you aren't losing your time, because if you get behind with hecarim, you'll be useless. He can farm the jungle fast and move around the map even faster, make use of it !

Past the laning phase, simply keep farming,you should ALWAYS be the same level as the solo laners or even higher, I often end up 2 level over at lvl 15(and the 2nd highest is 13). Whenever your PREDATOR is up, use it to kill a squishy, even in the middle or 3 ennemies !
