well I realize that many of you think that this isnt a good build but believe me i have spent years working on this and my win ratior is 0.00001 percent and that one win was whne their entire team dc'd from my ddos skillz elite hax. So as you can see this build works incredibly well!!

well you see I have been playing league for around 10 years and in those years I have gained about 500 elo, so now I am 600 but that is beside the point. I have found Heimer does tons of damage no matter what you build on him and this has been approved by dyrus and froggen!!!!!!!
